Project Manager, Site Execution

We are seeking a highly capable and execution-focused Master’s graduate with strong analytical, organizational and communication skills to join as Site Execution Project Lead to represent the Chief of Staff Office on-site and drive the successful implementation of priority initiatives within Malaysia factories.

This role serves as the critical link between Head Media Operations strategy and local execution. The successful candidate will provide dedicated in-country coordination, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that enterprise initiatives are effectively deployed and embedded at site level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution & Coordination:
  • Lead and coordinate priority projects in Malaysia factories.
  • Translate Head Media Operations directives and initiatives into clear local execution plans
  • Develop and maintain project framework, timelines, trackers, and milestone reports
  • Monitor risks, dependencies and mitigation actions
  • Support the orchestration of cross-functional initiatives and identify synergies across sub-organizations
  • Build lightweight governance structures and track key programs with a strategic lens
• Stakeholder Alignment and Facilitation
  • Represent the Chief of Staff Office in site leadership meetings and workshops
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to remove barriers and accelerate execution
  • Align local teams with Head Media objectives and expectations
• Global-Local Integration
  • Serve as the primary in-country liason between Malaysia factories and Chief of Staff Office
  • Provide structured updates on progress, challenges, and site-level contraints
  • Surface best practices and lessons learned to leadership
• Change and Engagement Support
  • Support rollout of transformation initiatives and corporate programs at site level
  • Assist with leadership visits, town halls, and engagement events
  • Reinforce culture-building initiatives and change management efforts
• Senior Leadership-Level Communication:
  • Develop polished presentations, and strategic summaries that synthesize complex data into clear insights
  • Act as a thought partner in crafting communication materials for SVP-level local engagements
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work with technical and business leaders to gather inputs, track progress and support cross-team alignment
  • Help connect dots across day-to-day site activities and projects, surfacing issues and opportunities
• Special Projects:
  • Lead or contribute to high-priority, cross-functional projects as directed by the SVP and his leadership team

Requirements :

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate degree, with strong interest in business operations, project management, and strategy.
• Demonstrated excellence in academics, leadership roles, internships or research projects

Preferred :

• Engineering background is a plus, but not mandatory
• Experience working in manufacturing or multi-site operational environments preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

Skills :

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently with strong problem-solving capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in project tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
