We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the SAP Integrated Tool Chain (ITC) initiative as part of the COSMOS S/4HANA transformation program. This strategic role focuses on implementing an integrated toolchain designed to accelerate solution design, testing activities, governance, and operational readiness for the program.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities related to the integration of key tools within the SAP ecosystem, including SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow. The role requires close collaboration with enterprise architecture teams, business process owners, technology teams, and external vendors.

This position requires strong experience managing complex technology projects, including the coordination of global teams and multi-vendor environments within large-scale transformation programs.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in IT project management within complex enterprise environments.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects

• Proven experience implementing SAP or enterprise architecture tools, including at least one of the following:

  • SAP Signavio

  • SAP LeanIX

  • SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

• Strong vendor management experience

• Experience managing global teams across onshore and offshore locations

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and structured documentation skills

• Ensure the successful implementation of the SAP Integrated Tool Chain within the COSMOS S/4HANA program

• Align the toolchain with the different phases of the program (design, testing, governance, and operational readiness)

• Ensure seamless integration between SAP ecosystem tools and existing enterprise platforms

• Provide clear visibility to executive stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and vendor performance

• Lead the overall delivery of the SAP Integrated Tool Chain (Signavio, LeanIX, Cloud ALM, ServiceNow)

• Maintain and manage the integrated project plan, including RAID logs, scope management, and governance

• Coordinate multi-vendor teams, including internal teams, technology partners, and onshore/offshore resources

• Oversee the implementation of SAP Signavio, including process modeling, governance workflows, and integration with SAP S/4

• Lead the deployment of SAP LeanIX, including data migration, TechnoPedia configuration, and process-to-IT component mapping

• Manage the enablement of SAP Cloud ALM, including tenant configuration, solution landscape setup, process import, and test script mapping

• Ensure end-to-end integration and validation of the toolchain

• Align tool delivery with SAP S/4HANA program milestones (SIT, UAT, simulations, cutover)

• Manage Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for the various platforms and integration components

• Oversee security, access management, and compliance aspects

• Provide executive-level reporting to governance committees and the PMO

• Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and documentation standards

• Coordinate internal and external project managers and manage vendor scope and performance

• PMP certification

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA

• Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), or Microsoft Project Online

• Experience working in large enterprise transformation programs
