Project Manager Sales Strategy & Operations (m/f/d)

As a Project Manager in our Sales Strategy & Operations team, you’ll lead cross-functional projects that improve how we sell across all markets. You’ll work closely with local sales teams and leadership in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Canada. Your goal is to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and ensure our teams are equipped to succeed. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving change, and working with both data and people. 

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and manage strategic projects that strengthen our sales performance 
  • Analyze data to uncover insights, make recommendations, and present them clearly to management 
  • Improve sales processes and introduce best practices across countries 
  • Coordinate with local sales teams and departments like Marketing, Finance, and Product 
  • Act as a sparring partner for our Country Managers and Sales Leads 

What you’ll bring: 

  • 1–3 years of experience in management consulting or a similar strategic role; experience in sales, sales operations, and/or the automotive or classifieds industry is a plus 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on mindset and solid PowerPoint and Excel skills 
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results, including to senior stakeholders; comfortable working in English (German is a plus) 
  • Team-oriented, curious, and open to feedback 
  • Track record of driving initiatives from idea to implementation
