Project Manager

• Managing marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
• Organizing and coordinating the team's work, setting tasks, and monitoring their execution.
• Assigning tasks to the design team, overseeing the design development process, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicating with partners and internal teams.
• Optimizing processes and implementing new approaches to improve project efficiency.
• Analyzing campaign results, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for improvement.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a marketing agency or a related field.
• Experience managing projects in gambling, gaming, affiliate marketing, or iGaming is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles, traffic management, ad campaigns, and VA campaigns.
• Strong skills in planning, resource management, and meeting deadlines.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, developers, media buyers, etc.).
• Proficiency in project task trackers (Jira, Asana) and documentation tools (Google Docs, Confluence).
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with key marketing metrics (ROI, CPA, CPL, LTV, CR).
• Strong time management skills: ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure their timely completion.
• Languages: Ukrainian native, English B2.
