Project Manager - Resolution Planning (Financial Industry)

  • Lead and manage resolution planning projects which aim to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
  • Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Facilitate meetings among stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and document detailed project documentation and reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure ongoing communication with all relevant teams to facilitate smooth collaboration and project efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of resolution strategies and monitor their effectiveness post-implementation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management within the financial industry, with a focus on resolution planning or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and resolution planning frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
