Role: PM Design
Location Requirement: Guadalajara (Hybrid)
What Does success mean in this role?
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interactive Design, Computer Science, Project Management) and 5+ years of experience as a PM (or a Designer who has 2+ years of experience as a PM) in a digital design or web marketing/advertising industry or similar role.
• Strong leadership and effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience developing project plans for UX centric scope in an iterative software development environment.
• Strong understanding of interactive design principles, UX/UI best practices, and web development processes.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams (motion, interaction, UX research, engineering, content strategy) on technical implementation.
• Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
• Technical savvy and the ability to master the tools we use—from Excel to project management to proprietary applications.
• The ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from Marketing, Product, Creative and partners. Good to have skills

• You are someone that can develop efficient systems, organize at scale, be the machine behind the magic, all while remaining thoughtful, creative, and genuine.
• Proven leadership skills and team player mentality.
• Project delivery management and operations skills that raise the bar.
• Strong experience with multiple forms of digital experiences, including mobile, web, and social.
