Job Title: Project Manager (PM)
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is highly focused on strict scope management aligned to the Statement of Work (SOW), disciplined delivery of milestones, and strong financial control. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, with accurate invoicing and financial analysis. Oracle EPM domain knowledge is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Project Delivery & Scope Management
- Own end-to-end project delivery in line with approved SOW, scope, and contractual commitments.
- Establish and maintain detailed project plans to meet agreed timelines and milestones.
- Proactively manage and control scope creep; ensure all changes follow formal change control processes.
- Track deliverables closely and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Ø Financial Management & Invoicing
- Own project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
- Monitor burn rate, margins, and overall financial health of projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing aligned with contractual milestones.
- Perform financial analysis, variance reporting, and forecasting.
Ø Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and risk/issue management.
- Escalate risks and deviations early with clear mitigation plans.
Ø Oracle EPM Coordination (Preferred)
- Manage projects involving Oracle EPM solutions (Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Close, Reporting).
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and finance teams to ensure Oracle EPM deliverables align with project scope and timelines.
- Understand Oracle EPM dependencies to support effective planning and risk management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong experience managing projects with tight SOW and scope control.
- Proven expertise in budget management, invoicing, and financial analysis.
- Experience delivering projects using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing Oracle EPM implementations or programs.
- PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of finance and FP&A processes
