Project Manager (Public Warning)

Lead the delivery of Everbridge solutions for customers, managing projects from planning through successful deployment while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Our enterprise SaaS solutions enable customers to prepare for, respond to, and recover from critical events, acting faster when it matters most.   We’re looking for an IT Help Desk Support Engineer to be based in Hungary. This is a remote/home-based position to be based anywhere in Hungary. As an IT Help Desk Support Engineer you will provide intermediate-level technical support for end-user hardware and software. You'll also need to be able to diagnose and troubleshoot a wider range of technical issues, assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software, and mentor junior IT End User Technologist team members. What you'll do:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through deployment
  • Define project timelines, milestones, budgets, and success criteria
  • Lead requirements gathering and ensure documentation and deliverables are completed and approved
  • Track project progress and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership
  • Coordinate internal teams to resolve implementation challenges
  • Support project governance models defined by the customer
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and drive improvements where needed
  • Act as a customer advocate within Everbridge and escalate issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with global teams across Europe, Asia, and the US, with occasional travel as required
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Strong experience in a customer facing project management role
  • Experience delivering complex technical projects
  • Experience working with telecom or government customers is a plus
  • PMP certification (or CAPM) preferred
  • Ability to work in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Experience coordinating cross functional teams and resources
  • Knowledge of highly available systems, networking, security, or telephony
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and web based applications
  • Understanding of Business Continuity or Emergency Management practices is a plus
