  • Support the Integration Management Office for an active post-acquisition integration programme.

  • Partner closely with the Integration Project Manager to:

    • Track progress across functional workstreams

    • Maintain RAID logs, key milestones, and delivery plans

    • Design, build, and maintain clear, concise dashboards and reporting packs

  • Produce high-quality written and visual reporting suitable for senior leadership and investor audiences.

  • Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and delivered to agreed timelines.

  • Support governance rhythms, including preparation for steering committees and investor updates.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience in project or programme management, ideally within digital product, learning, or content-driven environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with SMEs and senior leaders.

  • Demonstrable experience producing executive-level reporting, dashboards, and written updates.
