As a Project Manager at Pierce Technology Corp, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects that align with company goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead project kick-off meetings to set expectations and timelines; communicate project updates regularly to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identifying any potential risks or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate resources, develop budgets, and allocate tasks amongst team members to meet project demands.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology or consultancy environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
