We are looking for a Project Manager - Payroll, Time & H2R Transformation with French to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.

This role lasts initially until the end of 2026 with expected extension, where only a full-time cooperation is available as form of cooperation.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Drive and own the overall project plan covering Time & Attendance system design (positive and negative), Payroll consolidation, H2R, and Benefits transition

• Lead, facilitate, and prepare cross-functional working sessions to jointly build an integrated project plan for France across H2R, Time, Payroll, and Benefits

• Provide regular updates on achievements, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables to key stakeholders

• Monitor progress of all assigned tasks and ensure timely completion according to the plan

• Update and maintain the project plan with clearly assigned responsibilities, deliverables, relevant deadlines, and progress tracking • Ensure proper project governance, communication flow, and alignment across all stakeholder groups

• Collaborate with external vendors and internal functional departments to manage interdependencies across all workstreams

• Ensure strong alignment with the local P&O Country Head and project resources

• Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation to maintain project stability and timelines

• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and ensure consistent coordination across the transformation scope

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management within HR, Payroll, Time, or H2R transformation programs

• Strong project governance, planning, prioritization, and tracking skills

• Proven stakeholder management capabilities across multiple levels and functions

• Ability to manage ambiguous situations and drive clarity across complex topics

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Technical savviness and ability to understand integrations across HR, Payroll, and Time systems

• High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Project Management, or related field

• Fluency in English and French

• Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
