Project Manager

Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a Project Manager to support Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Government leadership. The position supports Government leadership in a high-tempo, mission-focused environment and performs work in accordance with contract requirements. located in Charlottesville, Viriginia.

This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Serve as single POC with COR/CO
• Maintain contact/access to reports (CDRL A001-A006)
• Compose/submit reports
• Monitor personnel/performance objectives
• Coordinate services for ATI
• Route purchase requests for review
• Update ATI leadership on material lifecycle (procurement, inventory, upgrades)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Clearance: TS/SCI required.
• Education: BA/BS (or 8 years’ experience in lieu).
• Experience: 5 years managing programs/projects of similar size/complexity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain professionalism, and communicate effectively in a classified environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn Government systems quickly.

Desired Requirements:

• Prior DIA and/or Intelligence Community experience supporting directorate-level leadership.
• Experience with Government task/action tracking, correspondence routing, and executive briefing support.
• Experience with DTS, travel coordination, and visit/support activities (as applicable).
