Your Role
As a Project Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving Agile transformation and ensuring project success through effective management and team collaboration. You will mentor and coach teams on Agile practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of key projects.
- Plan, execute, and monitor project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget, and scope.
- Identify and resolve impediments that affect team performance and delivery.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations and align business goals with Agile processes.
- Guide teams in breaking down complex projects into achievable goals and deliverables.
- Analyze and report key project metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Risk Managment.
Who You Are
You demonstrate
- Strong knowledge of Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Experiencie in Scrum, kanban and Itil (desirable).
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
- Solid experience in IT projects.
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher), portuguese (desirable).
