Project Manager

• Manage the projects from initiation to closure.

• Accountable for project results along with the Project Sponsor.

• Work closely with IT Team to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timeline.

• Estimate resource/ time for each task.

• Project Scheduling.

• Competent to manage multiple projects with demanding timeline

• Clearly communicate the expectations to team members and stakeholders.

• Resolve issues and problems throughout project life cycles.

• Ensure the changes to project scopes are approved and documented.

• Track and control the progress of projects and report the status to project sponsor.

• Lead and motivate the project teams on a proactive basis.

• Develop tools, repository, and processes to ensure smooth and efficient project management.

• Logistics processes and arrangement.

• Key Account Management to keep good relationship with key account users

Requirements

• At least 3 years work experience in project management

• Min. 3 years’ work experience in IT Enterprise Projects or service provider countries is preferred

• Min. 3 years’ work experience in presales or providing IT Solution to enterprise users/customers is a plus

• Experience in IT equipment procurement and vendor management is a plus

• Handled IT Infrastructure related projects

• Preferably from IT System Integrator Companies
