Project Manager – NIS2/ISO27K

ARHS Group – part of Accenture - is looking for a Service Delivery Manager for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Health Insurance Domain.

Context

This assignment, driven by cybersecurity within the client, aims to determine and replace the necessary ICT and security measures for compliance with NIS2 regulations. To this end, the existing ISO27K policy is being further elaborated to meet these requirements. This should also guide other compliance requirements, such as DORA (already in place), COBIT and the minimum requirements of KSZ-BCSS.

We seek a project leader to develop the as-is analysis, the to-be model, and the migration plan and implement them in collaboration with the Security & ICT department.

Role & responsibilities

• Determining the as-is, to-be and migration plan in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Ensuring the desired outcome through an agile approach
• Promoting effective collaboration among the various actors, with a strong focus on drive and results
• Reporting to the relevant stakeholders and governance bodies, including the Security Committee, ICT Management and Risk Committee

Main tasks

• Coordination of the project
• Determining the necessary measures for the "essential services" in the context of NIS2 Cyfun
  • Requirements mapping with ISO27K
• Defining the initiatives, features and user stories to achieve the desired result
  • Drawing up a timeline in which the initiatives will be realized
• Implementation of the selected initiatives
• Assembling the team that will carry out the implementation
• Monitoring value, budget and risks
• Determining and monitoring the acceptance criteria
• Coordination with the various governance bodies

Additional tasks:

• Supporting the delivered DORA regulations, with a focus on synergies between NIS2 and DORA

Your profile

• Knowledge of ISO27K and NIS2. Knowledge of DORA and COBIT would be considered an asset
• No-nonsense/hands-on mentality
• Critical, with strong analytical & synthesis skills
• Outcome-driven and the drive to lead a team to results
• Native Dutch or French speaker with a good command of English.
