As a Project Manager, you will provide communication and updates between the internal team and stakeholders on the status of each project and it's development. This role is crucial in maintaining high levels of client productivity and minimizing downtime. This is a fully remote position.

What you'll do:

End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, driving initiatives from the initial planning phase through to successful delivery.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication regarding deliverables, requirements, schedules, and costs.

Project Planning & Scheduling: Utilize appropriate project management tools to define and map out project timelines, individual tasks, key milestones, and deadlines.

Communication & Change Management: Proactively communicate schedules, status updates, and any scope or timeline changes to all relevant stakeholders.

Meeting Facilitation: Plan and lead project meetings to align the team on methods and goals; responsible for preparing agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.

Risk Management: Monitor task completion status to identify "at-risk" project elements early and develop mitigation plans to keep the project on track.

Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets, hours, and resource allocation, making necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency.

Supervision Level: Works with some autonomy but is occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.

Complexity: Currently gaining exposure to more complex tasks within the job function.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Project Management role, preferably in an MSP or IT service environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and common business applications.
- Expert understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to listen, speak, read, and write in English proficiently.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
- Must have English Proficiency (C1+)
- Must be located in LATAM.
