About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of a multi-team program migrating high-visibility web experiences (Tech Specs and Compare pages) to a new Rome UI design system and the Contenta headless CMS—partnering across design, front-end engineering, QA, and content operations to deliver pixel-perfect, data-driven experiences on time across NPI and sustain cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the end-to-end multi-quarter delivery plan for migrating Tech Specs and Compare pages to the Rome UI design system and Contenta headless CMS
  • Define milestones, releases, success criteria, and acceptance standards for component, template, and page-level deliveries; track schedules, risks, and dependencies
  • Drive execution across design, front-end development, QA, and content teams, aligning scope, sequencing, and priorities to NPI and sustain roadmaps
  • Plan and facilitate project ceremonies and working sessions (kickoffs, discovery, sprint ceremonies, release readiness, dependency reviews) with clear owners, inputs/outputs, and timelines
  • Coordinate multi-repo and cross-team workstreams (design system, shared components, Contenta integrations, page builds), ensuring dependencies are surfaced and resolved
  • Serve as the operational liaison across producers/design, engineering/QA, and CMS/platform stakeholders, ensuring seamless design–engineering–content handoffs
  • Partner with QA to manage test planning, defect triage, sign-off criteria, and release readiness reviews
  • Ensure deliveries meet quality bars for visual fidelity, accessibility, analytics, SEO, and CMS/content model integrity
  • Define, document, and help implement new workflows enabling a shift from static builds to an editor-driven, Contenta-based operating model
  • Lead change management by communicating process/tooling updates, supporting onboarding/training, and iterating on feedback to improve throughput and reduce friction
  • Maintain project artifacts (status reports, decision logs, RAID/risk registers, roadmaps) and produce stakeholder-facing updates and presentations
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and blockers; escalate effectively and drive trade-off decisions across scope, quality, and schedule
  • Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–8+ years of project/program management experience in digital/web/product environments, partnering closely with engineering and design teams
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-quarter technical programs with parallel workstreams, cross-team dependencies, and shifting priorities
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and/or Asana
  • Technical fluency across modern web delivery concepts (component-based UI, design systems, responsive design, SSR concepts) and front-end ecosystems (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, templating)
  • Familiarity with headless CMS architectures, API-driven content delivery, and schema-driven content models (e.g., JSON schemas); ability to translate technical specs into executable plans
  • Working knowledge of QA/testing practices (test planning, regression, release readiness) and how they integrate into delivery pipelines
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including presenting program status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and quality, with a track record of delivering design-driven, pixel-perfect interactive experiences
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build trust across design, engineering, content, and operations partners.
