  • Controlling the timelines and quality of CUSTOM partner integrations.
  • a. Quality criteria:
  • i. Project deadlines.
  • ii. Partner feedback on project launch.
  • Optimization of processes in order to achieve optimal (minimum possible) time of solution delivery to the partner.
  • a. Defining and monitoring team metrics.
  • b. Defining a strategy to improve the metric and it’s implementation
  • Communication with Partner and internal stakeholders to clarify scope of work, timelines, prioritization of tasks related to Partner's custom integrations.
  • Being on top of all relevant internal and external product knowledge.
  • Estimation of effort (together with the team) and implementation timeframe
  • Conducting kick-off custom integrations for stakeholders.
  • Assemble timelines for projects that need to be executed.
  • Monitor and check industry-standard tools and knowledge and share it with the department.
  • Ensure that company-wide projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Support task prioritization.
  • Requirements
  • Clear and strong verbal communication skills, as well as written and project document-related skills.
  • Strong customer service/interpersonal/negotiation skills.
  • Strong abilities with Confluence, Jira, Basecamp, and Google Suite.
  • Strong ability to push and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Proficient in agile project management.
  • Ability to pick up new software quickly and confidently.
  • General gaming industry knowledge.
  • Ability to handle a significant workload and effectively prioritize tasks and projects with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Effective time-management skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience as an individual contributor who closes business while overseeing a team with the same goal.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work individually while also working within a highly collaborative team.
  • Fluent in English

  • PMP certification or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming, or related field.
  • Native Russian.
