Project Manager (m/f/d) - SaaS & E-Commerce Platforms - SCAYLE

Responsibilities

• Lead and steer complex replatforming projects independently
• Manage System Integrators and external partners to meet SCAYLE standards
• Ensure smooth connectivity and operation of customer environments post-go-live
• Own project lifecycle from planning to rollout, including budget and resource management
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
• Maintain transparent communication, progress tracking, and documentation throughout projects
• Apply agile methods to drive timely decisions and efficient execution
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar experience
• 5+ years in IT project management, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS
• Proven experience managing enterprise customers and external service providers
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures, APIs, and MACH principles
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with complex platform migrations or replatforming projects and project management certifications is a plus
