Position summary: Our Project Manager, or PM, is responsible for planning and overseeing materials handling automation projects to ensure they are completed in accordance within their given deliverables.   Job Duties ·         Project scheduling ·         Cost and budget tracking ·         Purchasing ·         Subcontractor management ·         Customer interface ·         Site commissioning execution ·         Integration ·         Documentation ·         Project closeout ·         Willingness to travel approximately 60%   Skills: ·         Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate. ·         Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. ·         Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.     Attributes: • Deductive Reasoning - The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. • Problem Sensitivity - The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
