We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate client projects under our Projects On Demand service. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, assign tasks to Virtual Assistants, track progress, manage allocated hours, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

What You’ll Bring:

2+ years of experience in project or operations management
Strong proficiency in Asana or other task management tools
Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL)
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Must be based in the Philippines and able to work full-time during CST hours (night shift)

You'll be key in keeping projects on track, aligning client expectations, and supporting a high-performing remote team. Experience working with VAs or in a remote environment is a strong advantage.
