Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to take the lead on managing a portfolio of cross-functional projects  to support and grow Helpshift’s enterprise customers. You will ensure that all teams work within the Helpshift Agile framework, and will implement excellence in collaboration and communication across the Enterprise teams. You will own processes and tools to support our team’s drive to further success and will also be responsible for generating reports for stakeholders across Helpshift and Keywords Studios Player Engagement.

You will bring strong organisational and analytical skills, excellent communication and EQ, an ability to influence stakeholders across multiple disciplines, and a natural curiosity in how organisations work and how they can work better, and will be key contributors to Helpshift’s continued sustainable growth.

Must Have:

• Strong knowledge of Atlassian Suite products (Jira and Confluence).
• Able to create dashboards and reports.
• Manage end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation to closure.

Role:

Day-to-day project management of Enterprise projects 

• Working transversally across Product, Engineering and Solutions to deliver high-impact, multi-team strategic projects
• Build and track milestone plans
• Own stakeholder management and reporting

Driving cross-functional efficiency

• Identify gaps and efficiency opportunities in our cross-functional processes and find and implement solutions to improve these
• Ensure alignment and focus on problem-identification and problem-solving between Product, Engineering and Solutions teams

Execution of transformational projects 

• Act as internal Agile evangelist within the Enterprise team to drive adoption of an evolving Agile framework
• Work with Director, Strategic Projects on strategy, prioritisation and implementation of internal improvement projects 

Requirements

Domain Understanding​: 

• Experience managing multiple agile teams
• Some experience applying agile and Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
• PMP or CSM certification a plus

Collaboration and Communication:

• Experience with stakeholder management, including project- and portfolio reporting and risk management
• An ability to effectively listen, advocate, influence and connect the dots across multiple teams
