Your role
Are you a tech-savvy orchestrator who thrives on turning complex challenges into seamless customer successes? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Delivery Team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge innovation and real-world value.
In this role, you aren’t just managing tasks; you are the single point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every project—from kickoff to closure—delivers measurable business outcomes. You will work at the heart of our organization, aligning cross-functional experts in Product, Engineering, and Revenue to keep our delivery on track and our customers delighted.
Key Responsibilities
Lead End-to-End Delivery: Own the full project lifecycle, defining scope, timelines, and resources while proactively mitigating risks.
Bridge Technical & Commercial Worlds: Collaborate with Engineering and Solution Architecture to ensure technical feasibility meets customer requirements.
Champion Customer Success: Ensure smooth handovers and focus on long-term value realization and adoption.
Drive Strategic Alignment: Provide actionable visibility and reporting to the Head of Customer Success to support high-level decision-making.
You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent by experience) and have 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in customer-facing roles.
You are fluent in Dutch and English and can tailor complex information for both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
You are naturally curious about technology; experience with Machine Learning or IT service management is a major plus.
You have a structured approach under pressure, an ownership mindset, and experience with coaching individuals.
You are comfortable with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks and proficient with tools like Jira and Confluence.
