Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Project Manager with a strong ability to bridge business needs with technical execution. You’ll lead the delivery of multiple software initiatives, guiding a cross-functional team of developers to build products that deliver real value. This role demands clear communication, organizational excellence, and the ability to drive a team to meet deadlines and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of software projects.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflow.
  • Coordinate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business requirements.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and metrics to stakeholders clearly and consistently.
  • Ensure team collaboration and foster an environment of accountability and continuous improvement.

 Some Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a software development environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage developers and cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Software background or familiarity with development processes is a plus (you don’t need to code, but you should understand technical discussions).
  • Experience managing project timelines, risks, and deliverables in Agile environments.
  • Proven ability to balance business priorities with technical realities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic software development environments.

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
