We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager (For Built To Print Projects) who will be responsible for the coordination and management of multinational, European, or international co-production technology programs, in cooperation with other industrial partners and public organizations. What You ‘ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including, government bodies and other consortium members across different European countries.
  • Coordinate internal resources and consortium partners to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to track progress.
  • Perform project risk and issue management.
  • Track project expenditures and ensure compliance with applicable financial guidelines.
  • Manage project documentation.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports (financial, technical and administrative) internally and to the contracting agencies.
  • Ensure that Intellectual Property (IP) rights and export control regulations are followed.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • University Degree in relevant technical area (Engineering or equivalent).
  • Master’s degree in relevant management or technical area.
  • At least three (3) years of proven experience in a Management role (e.g. Project/Technical Manager).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Availability to travel abroad.

 

Desired:

  • PMP/ PRINCE II Certification.
  • Knowledge of the International Defense, Security or Aerospace Research and Technology domain.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Greek.
  • Willingness to take initiative and motivation to drive results.
  • Very good planning and time-management skills.
  • High sense of accountability and great ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
