We are actively seeking a Project Manager to spearhead cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define objectives, develop actionable plans, address risks, and ensure that deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget.
Lead comprehensive project planning efforts, including defining scope, establishing milestones, managing budget, allocating resources, identifying dependencies, and setting success metrics.
Facilitate effective project ceremonies and communications such as kickoff meetings, weekly status updates, risk assessments, and stakeholder briefings.
Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, escalate blockers as necessary, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams (including Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and GTM) to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, timelines, RAID logs, and change requests.
Monitor and report on project progress against KPIs/OKRs, forecasts, and budget utilization.
Enhance delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to improve predictability and quality of outcomes.
Oversee change management initiatives, training programs, and ensure seamless transitions to operations or support teams.
3–7 years of project management experience (or equivalent practical experience) in a cross-functional setting.
Demonstrated success in delivering multi-team projects on time and within budgetary constraints.
Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, including the ability to provide updates to executives.
Expertise in project planning, risk management, and resource coordination.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar are advantageous.
Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to influence without direct authority and build trust and alignment across diverse teams.
Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
Confluence, Notion, or Google Workspace
Slack/Teams, Miro/Lucid, and basic BI dashboards
High on-time delivery rate and stability of project scope for committed milestones.
Consistent and clear communication with stakeholders, resulting in high satisfaction levels.
Early identification of risks and effective mitigation strategies, leading to minimal surprises in delivery.
Measurable contributions to target KPIs/OKRs for each project undertaken.
