About the Role:

At InteliChart, our Project Managers are at the forefront of transforming how healthcare organizations adopt and succeed with technology. In this role, you’ll lead client training implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional client satisfaction. You won’t just manage timelines—you’ll drive meaningful outcomes that empower care teams to fully leverage innovative healthcare SaaS solutions.


As a strategic partner to our clients, you’ll own project planning, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and executive-level communication, all while applying proven project management. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Product, Client Success, Training, and Support—to streamline workflows, elevate the client experience, and ensure every implementation meets the highest quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management

  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from contract review and sales turnover through implementation and project completion.
  • Develop and execute detailed project work plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and day-to-day execution.
  • Apply standard project management principles, including scope, time, cost, quality, communications, and risk management.
  • Track project performance, address roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Partner with the COO and VP of Professional Services to align work with organizational goals using the OKR methodology.
  • Guide project teams by sharing knowledge, offering support, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster an engaging, collaborative, and results-driven work environment that encourages efficiency and innovation.

Client Relationships

  • Actively engage with clients to understand training needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent value delivery and proactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities for improved education, support, and potential upsell or cross-sell initiatives.
    Provide strategic recommendations to help clients optimize solutions and achieve desired outcomes.

Communication and Reporting

  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular internal and client meetings to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify issues and escalate when necessary to maintain project continuity.

Financial Management

  • Participate in financial aspects of projects, including revenue forecasting, profitability, and cost control.
  • Monitor and enforce client contract hours and billing guidelines to support project profitability.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate internal processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Document lessons learned and share best practices across the team.
  • Stay current on emerging project management methodologies and industry trends.


What You Need for This Position:

  • 3+ Years Project Management Experience, preferably in a Healthcare Saas Environment.
  • 1+ Year Experience in Healthcare SaaS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities with minimal direction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Client-focused mindset with a collaborative and consultative approach.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Dedicated remote workspace to support confidentiality and productivity.


What Will Put You Ahead:

  • PMP certification.
  • Knowledge of specialty workflows (e.g., Orthopedics, Cardiology, OB/GYN, Family Medicine).
  • Previous training experience with Patient Portals or EMR systems.


Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment.
  • Frequent communication with employees and clients; must be able to exchange information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Must have a dedicated office space to maintain confidentiality in a full-time remote work environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required for onsite client training.
