Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Project Manager III to plan, direct and coordinate enterprise-wide projects, ensuring successful delivery of goals, strategies, schedules, resources and risk management in alignment with overall business objectives.

What you will do:

  • Deliver accurate cost estimation based on full coverage of client requirements and project scope.
  • Maintain project budgets within defined scope.
  • Drive on-target project delivery within deadlines, budget parameters and governance frameworks.
  • Track defined benefits throughout the project lifecycle and escalate deviations when necessary.
  • Oversee scope management, including coverage and change-related impacts.
  • Keep clients fully informed of progress, milestones and any required adjustments.
  • Lead and support change management processes alongside the client.
  • Capture client needs accurately and translate them into project scope.
  • Allocate resources appropriately and support effective utilisation.
  • Manage the delivery of large and complex projects using established project management methodologies.
  • Negotiate and assign resources to enable successful execution.
  • Matric/Grade 12/National Senior Certificate.
  • Honour’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • PMP or Prince certification; Programme Management Certification (PGMP) preferred or in progress.
  • 8–10 years of experience in a project environment, including 2–3 years managing medium to high-complexity projects.
  • Proven experience in building high-performance cultures, managing stakeholder relationships and leading teams.
  • Background in compliance risk management, workforce planning, communication strategy development and process improvement.
  • Experience driving transformation and innovation across projects.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, industry trends, software and systems.
  • Understanding of financial management principles, project management methodologies and communication strategies.
  • Familiarity with decision-making processes and governance, risk and control frameworks.
  • Demonstrated behavioural strengths in innovation, high-impact communication, partnership building, driving for results, technical and professional expertise, sound decision-making, and influencing.
