Project Manager II (Remote - US)

The Project Manager II will coordinate timelines, budgets, and metrics to ensure project success while supporting continuous process improvement and risk management. Accountabilities

• Assist in developing detailed project plans and tracking progress under the guidance of senior project managers.
• Support teams in meeting project timelines, completing tasks, and achieving deliverables.
• Communicate project status and updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Help align project goals with client requirements and organizational strategy.
• Assist in prioritizing service projects, supporting contract planning and bid assessment.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration and standardization of processes.
• Track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Manage changes in project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining team alignment.
• Assist in conflict resolution and support knowledge sharing among project teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Experience using AI or GenAI tools in project management.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication abilities.
• Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and project management/ERP software.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• High energy, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Occasional travel for meetings or training.
