About the Role The Project Manager 1 ensures smooth execution across operational, engineering, and governance workflows. This role is responsible for coordination, communication, and maintaining hygiene across change management, incidents, reporting, and cross‑team collaboration. The PM1 will work closely across stakeholders from product, engineering, marketing, finance and legal teams to ensure timely closures and high-quality execution.  Responsibilities

KPI & Performance Management

  • Maintain and update KPI dashboards for CEO and leadership review
  • Track weekly/monthly performance across engineering, SRE, and operations
  • Highlight deviations, risks, and required interventions
  • Drive closure on action items arising from KPI reviews
  • Ensure KPIs stay aligned with evolving priorities and governance needs
  •  JIRA Tracking & Configuration

  • Manage JIRA boards, issue workflows, and sprint/epic tracking
  • Ensure correct ticket creation, tagging, linking, and SLA adherence
  • Maintain hygiene of JIRA dashboards and reporting views
  • Configure fields, filters, workflows, and automations as required
  • Train stakeholders on JIRA usage and enforce consistency
  • Key Client Collaboration

  • Coordinate with strategic Zeta clients on operational topics, releases, and escalations
  • Track client‑impacting changes, incidents, demos, and dependencies
  • Ensure client commitments communicated via the CEO Office are executed reliably
  • Support preparation for client reviews, demos, and leadership interactions
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and client stakeholders when required
  • Calendar & Meeting Management

  • Review calendars daily and ensure RSVPs are accurate
  • Schedule meetings/calls based on leadership requests
  • Maintain meeting readiness with agendas, notes, and coordination
  • Reporting & Metrics

    • Executive reporting for the CEO office stakeholders and clients
    • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reports
Skills
  • Strong execution and delivery discipline
  • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management
  • Comfort working with external / enterprise clients
  • High proficiency in JIRA, including boards, dashboards, workflows, filters, and configurations
  • Scrum/Agile knowledge preferred
  • Strong analytical and KPI‑driven mindset
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and follow‑through
  • Experience and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of total experience
  • Project/Program Management experience preferable
  • Experience with B2B enterprise, SaaS / Cloud-based products is a strong plus
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office preferred
