Project Manager

Huawei Turkey Research and Development Center (Huawei R&D) Digital Power department is a rapidly growing organization for Cloud and Digital Power Business for different products and solutions. Our organization is focused to create new value and innovation for multiple domains and business.

We are looking for an experienced project manager who can provide leadership and direction to our upcoming new Digital Power Project in 2023. As an experienced project manager, you will have great chance to have a management career while using your experience to manage and to decide direction for our new projects.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end (E2E) responsibility for all Project Management activities; from planning to maintenance.
• Manage all stakeholders, internal and external customers’ expectations.
• Direct and motivate project team members by defining product and project value in advance.
• Proactively manage project risks and define actions to prevent any issues.
• Plan, define, execute, track and close all project tasks to deliver high quality package on-time.
• Report project status regularly with all stakeholders and project team.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrics/Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• At least 4+ years of project management experience; 2+ years of project management experience for Wireless projects; 2+ years of team management experience.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in leading and managing the delivery of projects in a matrix organization with multiple teams.
• Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.
• Nice to have PMP or Agile certification.

• At least 2+ years’ hands-on experience at least one of the following technologies: Java, Sprint FW , Sprint MVC , PostgreSQL, Python, Flask FW, RESTful API
