Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 3+ years in managing R&D software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to drive project milestones and manage resources effectively. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.

Requirements

• Lead and manage multiple R&D software development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in R&D software development.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
