Responsibilities

Project Management:
- Oversee and deliver projects using Agile methodology.
- Report project progress, roadmap, and risks to steering committee members.
- Implement and manage project communication plans and performance measurement.

Team Leadership:
- Provide guidance and training on Agile best practices and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- Conduct project reviews with stakeholders to update on progress and key milestones.

Budget and Planning:
- Prepare budgets based on project scope and manage detailed schedules and work plans.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with product and business owners to maintain the backlog and work plans.
- Educate stakeholders on Agile, Scrum, and project management principles.

Continuous Improvement:
- Motivate the team and participate in change initiatives reflecting best practices.

Reporting:
- Prepare MIS reports to meet organizational standards and requirements.
