Gorilla 76 is seeking a full-time project manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building project plans, driving delivery, monitoring timelines and scope, facilitating process improvement and supporting capacity management across the agency.


Your work will directly support revenue-generating projects and help shape strategic decisions related to hiring, product offerings and pricing.


Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Drive delivery across the project portfolio
    • Maintain project timelines and budgets by coordinating with leadership and delivery teams
    • Monitor project burn and proactively address overages and blockers with relevant team members and leadership
    • Facilitate retrospectives to improve delivery processes and forecasting accuracy
    • Ensuring pricing and scope are accurately reflected in client contracts and invoices

  • Develop project plans and scopes of work
    • Create detailed work breakdowns and timelines for new and emerging client projects
    • Maintain templates for budget and scope for commonly executed deliverables

  • Monitor and manage team capacity
    • Facilitate short-term planning to support sustainable workloads and on-time delivery
    • Monitor and report on mid- to long-term capacity and provide recommendations for resource allocation
    • Manage outside contractor relationships in support of client delivery

  • Improve internal project management practices
    • Review and maintain project management standard operating procedures
    • Facilitate the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures for client projects

Your role


This position focuses on facilitating delivery teams through resourcing, planning, execution and project closeout. You'll develop scopes of work, monitor burn and adherence to those scopes, and support teams in closing and reflecting on projects.


You'll also maintain and continuously improve capacity reporting and forecasting. Your work will lay the foundation for nearly all revenue-generating projects at the agency.
