Position Summary: End to end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts and maintaining/growing positive relationship with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute flawlessly multiple research projects independently at different phases from sale to delivery
Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams and vendors
Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection
Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate/identify potential problems and manage to resolution.
Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications
Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle to provide project update, recommendations, and liaise with senior staff on any issues
Work within Sago systems effectively throughout life cycle of project
Work collaboratively with clients to provide timely update on progress of project.
Deploy sample, coordinate with vendors, and monitor throughout field to ensure field completion of required quotas on schedule, including reportals, quota reports, field reports…etc.
Respond quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manage to resolution; escalating as appropriate.
Collaboration and supporting internal and external teams in coding, analysis, reporting.
Validation and preparing of data deliveries
Meet client’s timeline expectations and highest quality of data deliverables in the most efficient way maintaining margin for projects
Build and maintain successful client relationships.
Work in accordance with the SOP's of company.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelors’ degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
Must have 4+ years of experience working in a market research environment or combined PM experience
Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi- mode methodology, is a plus.
Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
