Job Summary:
We are seeking a Functional Business Analyst with strong experience in Banking, Enterprise Budgeting, and Financial Consolidation to support end-to-end financial system implementations. The role involves working closely with business and technology teams to translate financial and regulatory requirements into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across banking and finance domains
  • Support enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for end-to-end financial systems
  • Participate in system design, configuration reviews, testing, and UAT support
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, accounting, and reporting standards

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience as a Functional Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Budgeting, Planning, and Financial Consolidation
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end financial system implementations
  • Ability to create functional specifications, process flows, and business documentation
  • Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills
