Project Manager (full-time, Amsterdam)

TLDR

Lead and coordinate the build of autonomous F&B solutions while optimizing processes to develop a self-service platform for partners.

At Wundermart, we are building more than autonomous hotel shops — we are building a scalable platform that transforms everyday convenience into seamless, data-driven guest experiences.

With smart, autonomous shops, we are redefining how travelers discover and enjoy food & beverage moments. Our technology powers everything from pricing to payments, while our supply chain infrastructure operates autonomously in the background — allowing our hotel partners to focus entirely on delivering exceptional hospitality.

What you will do.

As a Project Manager at Wundermart, you lead and coordinate the build of our autonomous Wundermart F&B solutions across multiple countries. You ensure that our design guidelines, processes, and manuals are executed with precision — while continuously improving them along the way.

You take full ownership of the end-to-end building process, from planning to delivery. You align internal teams, external partners, and key accounts to ensure smooth execution across all markets.

Most importantly, you will be involved in shaping the future of Wundermart: a self-service platform that will allow our hotels and partners to design, order, and execute new outlets themselves in line with the Wunder principles & standartds.

This role is critical to our scale-up journey. You bring structure where needed, challenge inefficiencies, and help translate operational excellence into a scalable platform model.

You won’t just manage projects — you’ll help define how we scale to a self-service platform so we can enable our partners to build high-performing F&B solutions in hotel lobbies.

Your key responsibilities.

You divide your impact strategically:

  • Build & Delivery

Approximately 80% of your time will be spent on the execution and delivery of building projects.

You take full ownership of the end-to-end building process, from kick-off to handover. You ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to Wundermart quality standards.

  • Process Optimization, Concept Development, and Scaling

Approximately 20% of your time will be spent on transforming our business to a self-service platform, where your role will transform from project management to partner management.

As Wundermart continues to scale, you do not just build shops — you build structure.

  • You actively contribute to:

· Standardization of building processes

· Documentation and project templates

· Continuous improvement of our rollout model

· Development of our self-service platform

  • Performance and Impact - your performance is measured on:

· Planning accuracy

· Cost control

· Process adherence

· Operational efficiency

You continuously reflect, improve, and elevate the way we operate, ensuring every new shop is smarter, faster, and more scalable than the last.

The Team.

You’ll be part of Wundermart’s Shop Build Team, where we focus on scaling our business through our platform and partners. We enable & guide partners to build shops aligned with Wundermart’s success factors — efficiently, consistently, and at scale.

Stakeholder management is at the heart of this role. As we grow, process optimization becomes even more critical. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence across all shop builds — ensuring that growth never compromises quality.

Requirements
