Project Manager for Media Production Company (EU-Based, Remote)

We are hiring a full-time Project Manager to oversee end-to-end content production across all channels. This is a high-responsibility role, second only to the founders, and is critical to ensuring our content operations run smoothly at all times.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality, efficiency, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end content production (videos, thumbnails, revisions, deadlines)
• Keep production moving and unblock team members when issues arise
• Track progress across all channels and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Enforce quality standards, workflows, and deadlines
• Make fast, practical decisions in a high-volume environment
• Coordinate and manage ~23 contractors and stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong project management experience, especially in content or media
• Solid understanding of content production workflows
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
• Comfortable with repetitive, operational work
• Reliable, accountable, and highly responsive
