Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Mid/Senior) to lead and coordinate digital marketing projects across multiple clients. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from onboarding new clients into our systems to managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment on expectations, and a smooth execution of all project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients across internal systems, ensuring all information is accurately set up in Asana, Google Suite (Drive, Chat), and Go High Level.
  • Project Coordination: Manage ongoing client projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and expectations are met.
  • Task Management: Create, assign, and follow up on tasks in Asana, ensuring smooth team collaboration and clear accountability.
  • Team & Client Communication: Conduct regular check-ins and milestone meetings using Google Meet and Chat, maintaining a highly professional communication style in both English and Spanish (or required languages).
  • Timeline & Priority Management: Oversee project schedules, proactively manage deadlines, and adjust priorities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing, web development, design, and automation teams to ensure project alignment and resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and internal standards before final submission.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, alignment, and ongoing engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience managing projects in digital marketing, creative agencies, or tech environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, including:
    • CRM and marketing automation platforms (experience with Go High Level strongly preferred).
    • Web design and development workflows.
    • Paid advertising processes (Google Ads & Meta Ads).
    • Social media management cycles.
  • Advanced experience with project management tools, especially Asana, plus daily use of Google Suite for documentation, communication, and collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and verbal), with the ability to speak professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to anticipate risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and motivation toward project goals.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a focus on maintaining quality and consistency.
