How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex Electronic Financial Transaction projects across Europe, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Drive project success by developing clear project plans, defining milestones, tracking progress, and leading regular project reviews.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align priorities, manage changes in scope and timelines, and ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure project scope, objectives, and expectations are clearly communicated and fully understood by all stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted point of contact by managing stakeholder expectations, addressing concerns proactively, and fostering strong working relationships.
- Identify risks early, implement effective mitigation strategies, and introduce innovative solutions to remove obstacles and keep projects on track.
- Deliver transparent and consistent project reporting, maintaining up‑to‑date status updates in company systems and providing clear written communication to stakeholders.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related academic field.
- A minimum three (3) years of Project Management experience in multinational environments preferably within the financial services and/or banking sectors. Prior technical/software engineering experience is preferable.
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring project teams.
- Business and Technical understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) business (POS, e-commerce, or ATM) and/or banking IT will be considered a plus.
- Native in Spanish and fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
