Project Manager EU South (all genders)

Your mission:

• Take full ownership of monitoring, SCADA and feed-in management projects for PV, BESS and hybrid power plants across the EU South region
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets and timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Design and validate system architectures, ensuring technical feasibility and grid code compliance
• Act as the key interface between customers, sales, engineering and external partners
• Lead commissioning activities, perform basic configurations and troubleshoot technical issues
• Prepare technical documentation and represent meteocontrol at customer meetings and industry events

Your profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Communications Engineering or a comparable technical field
• 2–3 years of experience in project management within renewable energy, PV, BESS or industrial automation
• Solid understanding of SCADA systems, monitoring solutions and power plant communication architectures
• Structured and independent working style with strong ownership mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality
• Customer-oriented, solution-driven and commercially aware
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel within the EU South region
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken); additional Southern European language(s) are a plus
