Key responsibilities

In more detail the PM will:

  1. Conduct independently (or in collaboration with other team members) ESG audits, traceability audits, supply chain mapping and risk assessments, and provide ESG-related consultancy services to CEA’s clients, as requested.
  2. Manage projects from the proposal stage to final delivery and closure, adhering to the established project management practices.
  3. Create the required deliverables, write reports and execute projects of high quality, strictly adhering to timelines and following the client requirements.
  4. Engage with clients during all project stages, ensuring effective communication, smooth project execution and in general offering clients excellent experience.
  5. Assist in reviewing and developing proposals for BESS-related services, collaborating with technical sales and business development teams.
  6. Maintain CEA’s databases of ESG audit results and supply chain data, collect and manage evidence and datapoints as required, to support benchmarking tools.
  7. Maintain and expand CEA’s relationships with BESS suppliers, with the goal of facilitating the timely and efficient execution of projects and acquiring business intelligence.
  8. Contribute to the development of new ESG services.
  9. Support the marketing team to develop ESG-related marketing materials.
  10. Train ESG team members and the commercial and sales operations team members on the ESG services and processes related to the execution of them.
  11. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory frameworks, and ESG standards that impact the BESS industry and CEA’s ESG services.
  12. Adhere to CEA’s Quality Management System guidance specific to the ESG department.
  13. Accurately fill in and update in a timely fashion all required systems for project management, accounting and finance, HR, timesheets and other important, critical dashboards, systems and functions.
  14. Travel, as requested by manager, to perform onsite audits and visit suppliers, up to 60% of the time.

Requirements
• Education:

Bachelor’s level education in environment, sustainability, chemistry, or engineering-related subjects.
• Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in the BESS manufacturing industry, with exposure in EHS and ESG-related areas.

  • Skills:
    Fluent in English and Chinese.

Good writing skills, trained in delivering standards-based reporting.

Proficient in auditing, verification, and assurance based on standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO 26000.
Knowledge of ESG reporting standards and risk assessment methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive mindset.
Professional conduct in dealing with client-related sensitive topics.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
