This role is crucial in guiding projects from initial concept through to successful implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Tasks:

• Defining and confirming project goals and objectives

• Managing and coordinating all project work

• Ensuring that team members and task owners complete all project tasks according to the schedule

• Effective management of operational teams (dispersed and matrix structures)

• Developing a detailed project plan

• Ensuring resource availability and allocation

• Creating long- and short-term plans, setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines

• Cooperation with Envipco factories

• Cooperation with warehouse, transportation and customer location
