We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead a critical app deprecation and migration project for a high-profile enterprise client. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and influencer who can effectively execute task delegation, drive project decisions, and own all project deliverables. This role requires strong proficiency and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with the client on desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Ownership: Act as a leader who proactively pushes for decisions, guiding the client through complex projects including the deprecation and migration of apps.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Effectively lead and influence in a collaborative environment. Build strong working relationships with key client stakeholders, demonstrating control and providing continuous value.
• Mandatory Tool Proficiency: Immediately learn and effectively execute within the client's mandatory project tools, specifically Jira and the Structure app for the project plan. 
• Project Planning & Execution: Take full ownership of the project plan within Structure/Jira. Proactively record, confirm with leadership, and update all action items.
• Contract & Scope Management: Work with the current project plan, which has evolved from a migration to a complex app deprecation and realignment of solutions. Contribute to adding extensive work to the project plan over the next six months.
• Communication & Reporting: Ensure all communication is timely and transparent, presenting decisions and outcomes to the top three client stakeholders for sign-off while successfully leading them to the result.

Requirements

Must Haves

• Minimum of seven years experience in leading and managing complex enterprise client dynamics.
• Minimum three years working as a consultant supporting client projects at scale.

What Stands Out

• Proven experience as a hands-on Project Manager within enterprise environments, preferably within a consulting capacity.
• Ability to quickly learn and operate within the Atlassian ecosystem, specifically Jira and Structure. An Atlassian background is helpful but not strictly mandatory.
• Strong technical acumen, capable of understanding and discussing software architecture, cloud infrastructure, data integration patterns, and potentially light scripting or configuration within various SaaS platforms.
• Exceptional client-facing skills, including executive-level communication, impactful presentations, negotiation, and advanced stakeholder management.
• Robust project management and program governance skills, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAFe) highly desirable.
• Own end-to-end delivery for the project, ensuring all components are executed on time and with quality. Includes tracking dependent and adjacent work-streams as well as proactively identifying issues.

• Willingness to travel as required.
