Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients
  • Manage inquiries, scheduling
  • Look for ways we can engage potential and re-engage existing clients

Client On-boarding

  • Establish project goals, deadlines, and mutual expectations
  • Folder / asset setup
  • Send out a “Thank you” card or “Welcome” package
  • Gather intake needed information
  • Service Agreement signed, invoice payment reminders

Client Follow-up / Check-ins

  • Field questions and send them on to John, as needed
  • Assign revisions to John / team, make sure they have what they need
  • Set up follow-up calls with Client(s), as needed
  • Set up meetings
  • Coordinating with clients to understand their requirements and objectives
  • Monitor processes; look for opportunities and resources to better efficiency

Client Off-boarding

  • Final asset organization and delivery
  • Thank you note
  • Project Post-Mortems to identify areas for improvement and optimize best practices through iteration ● Facilitate Google
  • Review / Testimonial request
  • Case Study prep
  • Put them into a nurturing email campaign
  • How we can work together in the future

Project Support

  • Set up and assign tasks in Asana / Basecamp
  • Gather information (logins, copy, photos, etc.)
  • Manage recurring content collection
  • Develop a timeline based on Asana / Basecamp template milestones
  • Review timelines at the start of the week, email clients with an update, as needed
  • Coordinate with editors, videographers, and other key personnel involved to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Anticipating project risks and issues, and taking corrective action as required
  • Send forms and materials to the client

Team Support

  • Assist with brand messaging intake preparation
  • Deadline reminders/assignment management
  • Keep the team up to date on project progress
  • Coordinate team meetings, set agenda, manage next steps
  • Communicate with contractors regularly
  • Ensuring that projects are executed to the highest quality standards
  • Make sure internal workflows continue serving our clients well throughout the entire scope of work, facilitate iteration / optimization of SOPs

Meeting Support

  • Agenda preparation
  • Next step assignments after meetings

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in project management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies

Benefits

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
