You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality mobile games to the worldwide market on time. As part of the team, you’ll be a project driver who takes the initiative to identify issues, point out bottlenecks, and keep work moving smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Manage projects through all stages, from initiation to release, and post-release support;
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to establish, break down, evaluate, and prioritize requirements;
- Create and keep project documentation up to date, using Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence;
- Estimate tasks and conduct pre-production with the technical team;
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential issues;
- Perform post-release control by monitoring project vitals and technical analytics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of PM experience in developing games, mobile products, or other related field;
- Good command of key mobile metrics, understanding of mobile application specifics;
- Experience in release management and post-release support;
- Grasp of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Kanban, etc.);
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing requirements and priorities;
- Basic English for reading technical documentation;
- Fluent Russian is required.
Will be a plus:
- Technical background in mobile app or game development;
- Understanding the backend infrastructure and services;
- Understanding the concept of ad monetization;
- Passion for gaming.
