IT Project Coordinator

EdClub is looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support and collaborate directly with senior leadership in project management to align goals, schedules, and scope across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, animators, sound effect artists, illustrators, and developers.
• Own and manage timelines, deliverables, and task ownership to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical/creative teams and stakeholders.
• Act as a Product Owner proxy when needed—providing direction, clarifications, and setting priorities.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and regular status updates.
• Maintain strong communication and alignment across all departments involved in product development.
• Keep product documentation and backlog organized and up to date.
• Proactively identify risks and work with teams to mitigate them.
• Foster a focused, motivated team environment to meet key milestones. 
  
  

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience managing IT or technology projects, particularly within software development, edtech, or digital platforms.
