Position
Jung von Matt is looking for a Project Manager Digital - Performance (d/f/m). You support performance initiatives across SEO, GEO and marketplace optimization - coordinating specialists and implementation teams to turn insights into measurable improvements.
Your tasks:
- Coordinate SEO and performance projects (audits, backlogs, implementation planning, QA) across content and tech
- Support marketplace initiatives (e.g., Amazon Business, Conrad): content operations, optimization cycles, reporting cadence
- Collect requirements, document action items and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and deadlines
- Support KPI tracking, reporting and the translation of data into next steps
- Support client communication, status updates, and basic budget/time tracking
What you score with:
- A few years of experience in digital project coordination/management (agency or comparable)
- Basic SEO understanding (technical & content) and curiosity to deepen it fast
- Interest in GEO/AI search trends and what they mean for content and platform structures
- Marketplace affinity: catalog/content quality, keyword logic, retail media fundamentals (nice to have)
- Structured, reliable, and confident in coordinating multiple workstreams
- Familiarity with agile methods and tools (Jira/Confluence or similar)
- Fluent German and good English
Experience:
- Experienced in working with specialists (SEO, content, analytics, dev) and keeping delivery organized
- First exposure to analytics/reporting logic (dashboards, recurring reports)
