Position
Jung von Matt is looking for a Project Manager Digital (d/f/m) for our Experience team, which is focused on realizing digital platform experiences such as websites, e-commerce platforms, apps, or landing pages. As Project Manager Digital, you support the coordination between clients, internal & external developers, and experience designers, working closely with the team to deliver digital projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Your tasks:
- Manage and coordinate digital projects of varying complexity, including website relaunches based on headless CMS and DXP architectures (e.g., Contentful, Storyblok)
- Support the planning and coordination of technical implementation and integration processes, collaborating closely with Tech Leads and development teams
- Gather, document, and help prioritize requirements in alignment with client goals, supporting project risk and dependency management for smooth delivery
- Coordinate project workflows, timelines, and resources, as well as assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and project controlling
- Support client communication and consulting on project-related and content-related topics, working closely with other departments
What you score with:
- 2–3 years of experience in consulting or project management, ideally with digital projects in an agency setting
- Degree in business administration, media, economics, or communication sciences, or equivalent education
- Structured way of working combined with a solid basic technical understanding of digital platforms
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams and to question requirements constructively
- First experience in stakeholder management and familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Initial experience working with external development partners and coordinating CMS or platform-based projects
- Fluency in German and good English skills; confident communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly
- Team-oriented, proactive, and organized, with a hands-on mindset and willingness to learn and grow
Experience:
- Experience working on corporate websites, brand platforms, or digital content ecosystems
- Basic hands-on experience with headless CMS implementations and digital platform ecosystems, familiarity with SEO, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices is a plus
