TechOp Solutions is seeking a motivated Project Manager who is responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, and management of all project activities in support of the contract. Duties

  • Lead day-to-day operations of a federal program and ensure all requirements are met and SOPs are followed. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership. 
  • Monitor inventory of equipment and identify low-stock or allocation issues. 
  • Deliver required daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports 
  • Supervise project staff ensuring clear tasking and workload distribution. 
  • Other duties, as assigned 

Requirements

  • 5-25 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading multi-year federal or complex operational programs. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Strong experience with deployment, relocation, transportation, or decommissioning of Government equipment 
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. 
  • Familiarity with government standards and reference guides for federal equipment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), project management tools, and collaboration platforms. 
  • Background in quality assurance and process improvement
